Our electrostatic enamel powder is ready-to-use powder for dry enameling. Spraying gun is used to electrostatically enamel the powder on the surface of the pre-treated steel. Compared to wet enameling, there is no process of adjusting the performance of enamel slip in dry enameling, using our electrostatic enamel powder. 

The advantages of electrostatic enamel powder include: automated application, excellent finish quality, and maximised utilisation of material. Furthermore, electrostatic enamel powder reduces hazardous wastewater handling and costs, milling and drying energy costs and reduce labour and operational costs by eliminating the milling room and required set-up.
